Alright ladies,
It's time to get serious!
I am in the worst shape of my life and I need some accountability.
It's time whip this booty in shape!
My mom has lost about 15 pounds and I'm going to follow suit.
I have a goal in mind that I want to reach.
I've started writing out meal plans since usually my lack of preparation leads me to eating out.
I'm not the most motivated person when it comes to sticking to eating healthy and working out.
Something I definitely need to work on.
It's hard when all I want to eat is...
And...
AND...
But I'm going to be good and limit my sugar intake.
At least healthy food does not mean only boring, yucky food.
There are plenty of yummy and healthy foods out there.
I'm excited to start this journey and document it on here!
Hopefully you're just as excited to read about it?!
Probably not, but I'll try to spice it up for ya!
